According to Halacha, were the following changes required in the artistic part of the torch-lighting ceremony?
peace,
I noticed a few things at the torch lighting ceremony –
- A singer (with a headscarf) sings the first song.
- A dance troupe of girls accompanied the song.
- At the beginning, female soldiers marched in the parade with weapons.
- The ceremony was led by a man and a woman.
- There was a “college” of 300 medical personnel
- A singer with an openly homosexual sexual orientation sang one of the songs.
If the ceremony had been conducted according to Halacha – none of this would have happened?

Is this trolling? On the surface it seems so, but my sense of smell says no. In any case, each of the questions can find a simple answer on its own. There is nothing complicated here. And if the question is whether rituals should be conducted according to Halacha, then certainly yes.
