Actions taken on Shabbat

Hello
Things that took place during Shabbat and there is a direct connection between the desecration of Shabbat and their occurrence, is access to them permitted on Motzesh?

Advertising on a social network (by a Jew) during Shabbat, Motzesh news (conducted during Shabbat, by a Jew of course), etc.
Are we allowed to have “pleasure” (?) on Saturday?
What about operating a website like this during Shabbat? (Assuming the site owner knows that there are Jews reading here) Is it permissible to operate it?/Pay money for it to ‘stay online’ even during Shabbat?
thanks

Yes. When this is done in a statement to a non-Jew, there is a rule that they wait on Saturday “so they can do it.” And if there are Jews who read any website – that is their problem. The website owner does not have to close the website because of them.
