Just like saying “God creates himself” is a logical fallacy.
Is saying “I experience myself” also a logical fallacy?

And if so, does that invalidate anything I assume or infer at all?

I think not. The way we think about our thinking (this is the field of logic). You can also see this across the timeline. X creating himself is a contradiction because before he created himself he does not exist and therefore cannot create anything. But experiencing himself is simultaneous. Not every self-reference is contradictory.
