Amnesty for Jewish terrorists as part of hostage deal
Have a good week Rabbi,
What do you think about amnesty for Jewish terrorists as part of a hostage deal to “balance” the parties? Is this right/appropriate?
Best regards,

I want to emphasize two things:
These Nahhavs are not just murderers, comparing these human animals with Jews who murdered (on a nationalistic basis) is an injustice.
There are almost no “Jewish terrorists”, not only in relation to murderers who come from the Arabs, but even in an absolute sense (there is a table maintained on the subject on Wikipedia)
There has never been much Jewish terrorism (on a nationalistic basis, of course), and most of the plots (as mentioned, the few) that were planned to come from the hands of Jews were usually blocked before, or did not end with murders. Affairs of hill boys who harm and sometimes even kill Arabs are usually conflicts between the two sides, and should not be called murder. Just like the hero from Lod who harmed the terrorist who charged at him at the beginning of Guard of the Walls.
It is very important to clarify. In the next academic article you will receive a Nobel Prize for this. But for our purposes this is irrelevant. Criminals should sit in prison as they were sentenced.
