Hello Rabbi,
A few questions and thank you very much for the time you dedicate to the questions.

  • Is there room for flexibility and keeping an hour between meat and milk?
  • There is a relatively well-known video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vC5KdmzIy5U) (300,000 views) of Amnon Yitzhak with a man who was given the task of observing a mitzvot and stood up. What does the rabbi think about the incident?
  • Does the rabbi know Rabbi Zamir’s books? If so, what is your opinion of them? (In terms of reading them or not, or in general attitude towards his books and similar books)

  1. You should follow the customary practice in your home. If there is a special reason, you can have your vows dissolved by a sage.
  2. I have not seen and do not have much faith in such events and descriptions.
  3. I didn’t like what I saw. It seemed like poor religious propaganda to me.

All sorts. There is no point in discussing this in general. Anyone who feels that he has a problem should go to a sage and he will decide whether this reason is enough to dissolve the vow or not.
