A funny clarification that I was asked about your words: (a) You accept that the Sages have a formal connection. (b) You accept that according to the Sages you are defined as a heretic. (c) You admit that there is a law that prohibits publishing heretical statements. Conclusion: For your own sake, you are prohibited from publishing your own statements.
What point does Acha disagree on?

Disagree with B. and disagree with C because there is no prohibition on publishing. If someone thinks that there is a prohibition on heresy, it is because you are one. And even if there is a prohibition on publishing, I do not accept it because it is based on an error. And I also disagree with the conclusion, since it does not necessarily follow from the premises. Similarly, a person who violates Shabbat is forbidden to drink his own wine (the same argument can be presented). If this is what I think, then in my opinion I am also permitted to publish it. But other than that, everything in this argument is correct.
