Are the Palestinians right in claiming a state for themselves from the river to the Jordan?

Hi Micki, how are you?
I would be happy to hear your opinion regarding the State of Israel, whether our existence here is morally correct, or whether the Palestinians are right that we conquered them in the Nakba, and it does not seem to be possible to argue that the Palestinians were not organized as a state and therefore it is not an occupation, because in simple terms the establishment of the state is nothing more than a formal technical matter, and de facto the state was in Arab possession until we immigrated to the land without any permission from them – without receiving citizenship. I ask this to those who do not accept God’s promise of the land as a reason.
Thank you very much in advance, much appreciated, Saint.

In my opinion, absolutely not. First, the fact that they were not united as a state is essential and not just technical. They were not a people in any sense (not really today either). Jews can come and settle there if they bought the territories or settled there legally and without plunder. Since there are many Jews there, they have the right to establish a sovereign state as long as they do not violate the rights of the locals. And that is of course if the locals do not violate them. The behavior of the Arabs also justified their deportation (transfer) and not just the establishment of a state over their heads. Beyond that, an Arab who does not want to live under Jewish sovereignty could have settled in the part allocated to them by the UN (by the way, to this day, Israeli Arabs oppose passing to the rule of their brothers, the sons of their ‘people’, and much prefer to live under our evil occupation). They chose not to accept the decision and go to war. They lost, and the problem is entirely theirs. The Nakba is their own doing, and so are the Nakbas that have followed to this day. They eat what they cooked. There is nothing more just than that. I must add that moral demands coming from the Palestinians are truly a remarkable cynical peak.

In closing, we will only add that the Jews were 8% of the Ottoman Empire, but the territory of the State of Israel is not 8% of the territory of the Ottoman Empire.

Why is this a fundamental issue, and since only the people (with the anthem and flag) deserve a state, then the United States, in its early days, was not a people but a group of people, and therefore it is understandable that they could prohibit foreigners from settling in their country.

You insist. Who talked about a flag and an anthem? It's about a collection of people who live in small groups who have no common identity nor real national aspirations.

But Rabbi,

In 1981 there were 25,000 Jews here. And about 400,000 Arabs.

The identity and style were not absolute, but they were Arab.

Is it fair to bring into an area where you are a minority masses of hundreds of thousands of people in order to become a majority?
There is something unfair here.

Also in 1948 the Jews were about 600,000 and the Arabs were 1.3 million.
In the partition of the nation the Jews received about 55 percent of the area even though they were half the number of people.

Is it fair?

Error: 1881.

I already answered. I don't understand these self-righteous claims. There was a sovereign vacuum here because people who were not organized in any way lived here. Other people came and bought land and became the majority. They are allowed to apply their own sovereignty. Just as if secular people come to Bnei Brak and legally buy houses and become the majority, they are allowed to vote for a secular mayor and for a different character of the city. And I haven't even mentioned the claim that we've been here before. And I haven't even mentioned that this is happening all over the world, and certainly in the Arab countries around us (which kicked out the Jews and left all their property there). And in general, claims about a lack of morality towards the Palestinians sound delusional to me.
