Artificial uterus
A person born from the fertilization of an egg by a Jewish woman and a Jewish man but raised in an artificial womb (this automatically becomes a practical question), does Halacha recognize him as a Jew?

The question is who is the “halakha”. Regarding surrogacy, there are discussions among poskim, but there is no clear evidence here and it is mainly a matter of conjecture. What’s more, even if there were evidence, it would rely on sages who were unfamiliar with modern science.
It seems to me that the genetic parents are the parents.
