Awake at night

Good morning to the rabbi and good night to me.
I work a night shift which means I am constantly awake at night and sleep during the day as is the custom of our vampire brothers 🧛
In terms of prayer:
Do I need to say a blessing upon washing my hands? And in general, do I need to wash my hands when I get up in the evening? What about the Torah blessings? What about the dawn blessings?
