Axioms in logic

Are there axioms in logic?
If so, why am I obligated to everything that follows from this? The same question applies to God.
If not, could you please elaborate on why this is required? Why does the fact that we, in our way of thinking, have reached a “logical” conclusion have to be the absolute truth?

There are axioms in logic, but these are not axioms like in any other axiomatic system. In logic, the axioms are necessary in themselves. You have no option not to assume them.
The request to justify the logic is inherently absurd. You can also ask for justification for the reasons I will offer. So where do we stop? We stop at those assumptions that are most understandable to us and that, from our perspective, do not need external justifications, that is, the position on a clearer basis than them. They are the clearest to us.
I didn’t understand your question regarding God.

You use concepts in your answer such as: “You have no option not to assume them”, “They are the clearest to us”. Ostensibly this is true only for us as humans, but perhaps there is another logic that, for example, God adopts and that is the clearest and most correct.
If this is true, it undermines the validity of the logic we are familiar with

These arguments have been discussed here ad infinitum. Therefore, I will just refer you to the article: https://mikyab.net/%d7%9b%d7%aa%d7%91%d7%99%d7%9d/%d7%9e%d7%90%d7%9e%d7%a8%d7%99%d7%9d/%d7%a2%d7%9c-%d7%aa%d7%95%d7%a8%d7%aa-%d7%94%d7%a7%d7%95% d7%95%d7%a0%d7%98%d7%99%d7%9d-%d7%95%d7%98%d7%a2%d7%a0%d7%95%d7%aa-%d7%90%d7%9e%d7%95%d7%a0%d7%95%d7%aa-%d7%a1%d7%aa%d7%99%d7%a8%d7%aa%d7%99
