שו”תCategory: generalBaby vaccinations.

Hello.

Actually asked:
A.
I wanted to hear the Rabbi’s opinion, if any, regarding administering a vaccine against hepatitis, as well as all the vaccines that the Ministry of Health recommends for a newborn baby.

The internet is abuzz with the issue, and it’s hard to figure out how to form an opinion amidst all the chaos.

on.
The question is, is the right thing to do to trust the Ministry of Health and be a small-minded person and vaccinate everything they recommend, or is it my duty to get into the thick of the matter and research and learn?

I’m not interested and I have no information. As a rule, I tend to trust the recommendations of professional institutions. Usually, appeals to them are conspiracies and unfounded arguments. But of course, each thing is different.
