Is it even possible to make someone miss? After all, he can always choose. Only in a situation where his hands are tied and, say, you put prey in his mouth. But then he is raped. And maybe in a situation where you put a gun to his temple, but even in such a situation he can choose!

You present too binary a picture. An instigator who causes his friend to sin leads him to sin, even though the one who is being incited has a choice. Therefore, there is a prohibition against blind people when you hand a glass of wine to a monk even though he decides of his own free will to drink the wine. See, for example, column 43 and many more. You can also search the website ‘Asham Toram’ for situations in which someone is guilty of someone else’s transgression that was committed by his own free will.
