Whose burden of proof is it? The atheists or the theists? (Or maybe the agnostics?)

It really depends on the starting point. But simply put, it’s about theists because they’re the ones who claim the existence of something.

But if someone is born Haredi, then it is clear that the burden of proof is on the secular person who wants to say that it is all nonsense.
No?

The burden of proof has no meaning.
What is proven is proven, what is not proven is not proven. With or without a burden.
And in proofs there are no sides. Otherwise it is not proof but a work in the eyes.
