Cancellation of the exemption reason in the case of the 3rd act
Hello Rabbi
I haven’t found a place where you explicitly address this – is it possible to argue that women are obligated (or at least there is doubt about this) to perform the za’ga act today due to the abolition of the reason for exemption – assuming that the exemption stemmed from the social order practiced in ancient times? (It is possible that the halakha is different for different societies – let’s say for ultra-Orthodox societies, the reason for exemption may not have been abolished)
 thanks
