Regarding 1. After all, in the Talmud, in Chapter 1, there appear all sorts of things that are forbidden to be learned. So?
I can offer different explanations, but it's unnecessary. Anything that is reasoned is permissible to learn, and even if there is a prohibition against it, it is not valid. There cannot be a prohibition on learning things. I have already written about this more than once.
And what about when my father forbids me, does he have the halakhic power to forbid me anything?
Of course not
Yes.. That sounds logical… A father forbids his son in the fifth grade’ to wander the street after 8:00 PM… The son can answer him: You have no halakhic power to forbid me anything!! Simple and easy. And the halakhic commandment “fear your father and mother” is thrown away.
