On page 661 of the book “Moves Among the Standings” you write that when the Gemara, in its instructions, “decided” that Sinai is superior to Rav Yosef, these words were spoken when the Tishbef had not yet been written.
But in the days of Rav Yosef the Mishnah was already written, wasn’t it?
