I think the free choice discussions can be summarized as follows:
My assumption is that what is tangible exists. I feel like I choose, I weigh things myself, etc., etc.
To say that this is a bluff is as absurd as if someone were to come to me tomorrow and tell me that all the people I see are illusions, that they don’t exist, and I would accept that. This is no different from choice – in both, I deny something tangible. But the denial of choice is mandatory for atheists, so it is a retroactive justification in my opinion.
