Collective pursuer

In my opinion, we are not in that situation, but if it were to be said that Haredim who do not enlist endanger fighters in battle, and let’s say one individual would not have any impact, only the Haredi collective, if there is such a thing as collective persecution of the public, or because one person does not matter, then there is no law of persecution.
