Concubine in Halacha
I would love to hear your opinion on the possibility of allowing a vacancy through the option of a mistress (in relation to the articles by Zohar and the commentators published in Akademo a few years ago, I assume you are familiar with them) Thank you.

Hello.
See Rabbi Shmuel Ariel’s article in Academum, responding to Zvi Zohar’s comments. In my opinion, this permission is very problematic, even if it is possible to base it on some halachic opinions. I also think that Zvi Zohar is very wrong in his analysis of reality (in his conclusion that there is indeed a need for it and that it will be beneficial).
