Conservative views
The rabbi wrote towards the end of the fifth notebook that he agrees more with the conservative approach in certain opinions.
I would be happy if the rabbi could elaborate more or direct me to a source where he discusses this in detail.
In general, I don’t like these headlines, because generalizations always fall short of the truth. In my opinion, there is no definition at all for the term conservative (as opposed to reform or secular). It is a kind of open orthodoxy and there is no line that defines it.
