What does the Rabbi think about the concept of ‘Daat Torah’? How does the Rabbi understand it and what do you accept about it? And does the Rabbi accept that the Torah encompasses everything and ‘everything within it is included in it’?

I don’t know what the concept usually means, and it’s not important. As far as I’m concerned, Torah knowledge belongs to halakhic decisions (Tahash’s opinions have a more correct halakhic intuition).
