Death penalty
Is the rabbi in favor of the death penalty for terrorists or opposed? Is there any moral problem here? I would appreciate a reasoned answer.

There is no moral problem. It is possible and desirable to kill them from a persecuting law. Even though they are in prison, they are constantly trying to release them. Therefore, even when they get out, they will return to persecuting, and the very attempts to release them are also persecution. The question is only one of political and security benefit.
