Death penalty for murderers

What do you think about the death penalty for murderers? Let’s say in a case where it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused committed the murder. The only thing that might make me hesitate is the fact that many people regret the murder they committed and perhaps they really have another option to make amends for the murder without causing their death.

If it’s an ordinary, cold-blooded murderer, my opinion is that there’s no problem in principle with that. There’s room for pardoning him if they see genuine remorse.

Van Gogh – You mean death to terrorist murderers,
Jewish murderers need a court of law, nearby, and of course kosher, not a court

nonsense.

Excuse me, the laws of life in twenty-three,
and it is necessary to be nearby and it is not useful to accept the public,

And if your intention is to fence a fence, as explained in the Shulchan Arba, section 2, and in the Rambam, the following: All these are murderers and the like who are not obligated to be put to death by a court of law. If the king of Israel wanted to kill someone according to the law of the kingdom and the order of the world, the authority is in his hand. And also if the court of law saw fit to kill them by a temporary order. If the time required it, they have permission as they see fit.

So if the king did not kill them and the time did not require it to strengthen the matter, then the court of law is obligated in every way to strike them with a great blow that is close to death, to imprison them in siege and distress for many years and to torment them with all kinds of torment in order to frighten and threaten the rest of the wicked so that this will not be a deterrent and an obstacle for them, and he will say, "Behold, I am going around killing my enemies in the way that so-and-so did, and I will be free."

So if there is no king and the time is not necessary for it [and of course not every murder is considered necessary for it, because if so, nothing is always necessary and it is permissible for anyone to kill them] there is no possibility of killing except to grieve and torment them, but not to kill.

Wow, how did I not think of that. 🙂
Obviously this is the King's Trial.

Because there is no king today – Who is Bibi or Ben Gvir? (How do you smile here?:)

How did you decide this? Is this authority only for an anointed king from the house of David? Of course not. There is and is a king today, just as there is a king in the nations of the world. The legal ruler is a king in this matter.
