Definition of the term truth

Hello Rabbi,
I wanted to ask whether you think defining the concept of truth (in the context of a claim of fact) in the following way is sufficient for the term on a philosophical level?
Truth is a property of a claim when it describes external reality as it exists objectively, or by conforming to a system of coherent claims.
