Definition that uses the concept
Are definitions that use themselves valid?
For example, ‘A woman is someone who defines themselves as a woman’ (just as an example)
Is this a meaningless expression? I would be happy to explain.

Not meaningless but lacking concrete content. What should a person understand when he says about himself that he is a woman? That he says that he is a woman?
