Demand and investigation into the understanding of the CBS in the color of black tefillin

Shalom Rabbi Michi Atar and Nazt

question:
In one place you wrote to me that there is a difference between the light blue color added to the tzitzit as a separate unit, which is not the CBS. And regarding the color of the tefillin as black, you said that it is the CBS because it is not as a separate unit and therefore it is the CBS.

So I wanted to understand what difference it makes to the giver of the Torah whether it is as a separate unit or not?
What difference does it make to the giver of the Torah whether it is the LBM or the Toshabka, which was also given from heaven?
In general, I ask why there are laws of the Central Bank that are outside of the Toshbap and Toshbak? (Why is it good? Why separate? What could be the harm, what is the benefit…)
thanks

You ask about distinctions that are the bread and butter of scholarship. To the same extent, you could ask what the difference is between a law of will and a law of action? Why distinguish between action and effect, or between a sign and a cause? These are different laws that require different things of us, and that’s it. When you explain to me why a tzitzit is even needed and why it is done this way, I can think about why it is important to God that the blue is a separate unit and not an addition to the tzitzit. And our rabbis have already said about this: And what does God care whether one slaughters from the neck or the nape of the neck? Before you ask me why some things were given in the written Torah and some were given orally, ask why the Torah was given in the first place, whether written or oral? In short, you’re asking me about floor D when we don’t even understand floor A. Strange. By the way, it’s better to ask a question like this as a continuation of the thread it refers to. If you put a link here, I’ll do it myself.
