Didn’t we live under a miracle in the early years of the state?
In the first 40 years of the state, we lived under the threat of real armies, and yet we won by force of arms and they were unable to conquer us. Don’t you see a miracle or divine intervention here?
In addition, is it likely that Ukraine is also surviving by a miracle? Isn’t the fact that they manage to stop the Russian army, which is considered one of the strongest in the world, the definition of a miracle?

So stop saying Hallel on Independence Day and make amends for all the blessings that have been wasted up until now?
If you only praise miracles, then definitely yes.
What else does Hallel say about? About victory in war? Because if that is the reason, one should also hallel about the Six Days and the Day of Judgment, and perhaps a few more.
And in general, if Hallel is not about something defined (halachically) about which Hallel should be said, where does the authority come from to correct a new Hallel saying?!
Indeed, we say Hallel for a victory, not necessarily a miracle. These are events that, psychologically, give us an opportunity to thank God for the six days and the seven nights. I have explained this several times in the past (in light of my method, there is no divine involvement and certainly no such involvement can be identified).
