Hello Rabbi, I came across the concept of ‘from now on, retroactively’. I wanted to understand what the exact difference is between it and the concept of ‘retroactively’. thanks

From here on, retroactively is a mechanism in which the future event constitutes a cause that causes the current situation. Iglai Milta retroactively is simply information that was lost from me and at some point was revealed to me. See, for example, the lessons of Rabbi Shmuel Makot 3:13.
