Disclosure of opinions on the sale of a motorcycle

שו”תCategory: HalachaDisclosure of opinions on the sale of a motorcycle

If I want to sell a motorcycle, the mechanic told me it was finished, do I have to tell him that the engine is finished, and if so, is it a waste of money?

You need to tell him. If the price you get is not appropriate for a motorcycle with a finished engine – there is a financial embezzlement here. And even if the price is appropriate – there is plagiarism here (see sidebar).
