Discrimination against the righteous

As a collector, I have to insert many shivitzim, who is the cantor of Shacharit on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and who is on the second day, and so on for all the prayers.
Who will deliver a sermon before Maariv on this day and who will connect Rosh Hashanah with Shabbat?
Who will be the one to stand up? Who will stand up at the end of the prayer or afternoon prayer for women? Who will read from the Torah and who will be the reciter?
Organizing the Kiddush, planning the schedule, estimated blast times, estimated laps, remembrance and all the boys, etc.
In short, a lot of placements and honors that take a long time to find the right one, that won’t hurt, etc.
I discovered that I waste a lot of time on ‘righteous’ people who don’t have WhatsApp. You have to catch them talking, explain, summarize, and then call them when there are changes (there always are) and find out details on both my part and theirs, memorise, and finally summarize. Even those who have WhatsApp are a challenge, but without it, it becomes hard work that drains time.
I decided this year that anyone who doesn’t have WhatsApp doesn’t get anything, and everything is closed much faster, shorter, to the point, and also more flexible to changes.
The synagogue is not my private property, but my contributions are completely voluntary.

Am I acting fairly?

To be honest, I am also very annoyed by those who filter khadi for the internet and do not own a smartphone and I do not make an effort to make it easier for them and consider them. But with you it is a matter of community policy. You can announce that this is your policy and if they do not want it, they will appoint another collector.

In our community they are a minority, probably less than 10%
And I founded the synagogue that currently has hundreds of worshippers
So they didn't appoint me, but I founded and gathered a congregation
Although the funding is from the congregation

Should I still suggest to the congregation to consider my replacement because I'm tired of chasing and burying a sea of time for a few individuals
?

There are those who are confused between the definition of "righteous" and "foolish."

If you are the sole owner, do what you want. But if the audience is the one who decides, you have to coordinate with them.
