Does the Gemara provide unambiguous answers?
Hello Rabbi
In conversations with quite a few religious friends, they claim “one truth” that touches on every issue in the Gemara. That is, they do admit that there are many discussions and debates on countless issues, but ultimately there is one conclusion that is agreed upon by all, and to which we are committed.
In several places I realized that you were claiming something completely different, one of which was a YouTube video about Talmudic DNA with Kobi Meydan, in which a Dr. of something (I don’t remember why) sat next to you, who claimed the first position, namely that there are unambiguous answers. And a few other times I think I read this casually in various posts or answers to the questions you raised. Correct me if I’m wrong, but in your opinion the Gemara is structured in such a way that it does not completely provide answers, but at most makes you think about possible directions.
This is interesting, because you could say that this is almost a factual question, since it is either true or it is not. I asked if you have any material, or anything else written, that answers this question, plus examples of specific issues and so on. I would be curious to know your full and detailed answer to this.
It must be said that I looked here on the site and did not find an answer to this, and in my opinion there are no answers to this in your book either (to the best of my knowledge).
Thank you very much.
