Evil in the world
Hello,
According to the basic belief in Judaism that God chose us and we chose Him, and this and certain methods, and it seems to be your method as well, boils down to man’s obligations towards God (when it is considered a “name of heaven”) and God is exempt from any obligation to man.
Do you think that from a moral perspective, this approach is okay? That is, that the relationship is one-sided? Man must worship God and God owes nothing to man.
The truth is that I am speaking with a burning desire about the horrors that happened to the people of Israel, in addition to the bloody history of the most suffering nation in the universe, I think….
In addition to the obligation, there is also the value of the commandments themselves. They are probably useful in some sense and it is right to assume that they are beyond the obligation to the commandment. Regarding fairness, there are many questions about God, and this is one of them. You must decide whether you trust Him to have an explanation or not.
