1. Does God respond to human actions? This means that if it doesn’t rain and we fast so that it will rain, it means that it does.. And does the rain also depend on our prayer and fasting?
2. I would be happy to explain the two endings. 40 days before the creation of the child, they announce, etc., does this mean that the pairing is from heaven?
The same angel who says poor or rich, wise or foolish, hero or poor… means that there is no choice for a person then…

  1. I didn’t understand the question. Are you referring to something that was said elsewhere? So move the question there.
  2. I am not sure that the Gemaras really mean this deterministic statement, otherwise there would be no point in trying. But even if they do, then I disagree. The Sages have no sources of information that we do not have, unless it is a tradition from Sinai. Incidentally, Maimonides in his epistles did not accept this either, and saw the lights of the aggadot in the way of the simplified version of R. A. Wasserman.

Rain. If there is no rain, there is a drought. The sages say we should fast. This is because if we fast, God may have mercy on us and send rain. Right?

Is it that our actions can influence and change nature because nature is subject to Him, the Blessed One?

Amit, Shalom.
A. It seems that your question regarding prayer is very much in line with the well-known view of the author of the site regarding prayer.
B. Was a person given a choice in how to worship God? That is, let's assume that it was not before birth but during life that a person was destined to be poor or rich. Could he claim that if I were rich, I would worship God better?
Refer to the Gemara, Yuma 1:2. Hillel obligates the poor, Rabbah obligates the rich, and Yosef vindicated the possessors of desire. It is also known that there is wealth that is reserved for one's harm.
The same is true regarding wisdom or foolishness. A person must worship his Creator according to the powers given to him. Moreover, God determines where he will be born, in which family, in which city, and in which country. But again, a person must worship his Creator according to his powers.
Choice?? There is no shortage of options and attempts to choose throughout life.
And likewise, the definition of someone who disagrees with what the sages said is well-known.
