Hello, Honorable Rabbi, I hear and read a lot of you, I have heard from you more than once, that the existence of God is a factual claim, I would be happy if you could direct me to places where you prove this thoroughly, preferably audio files rather than books. thanks

I didn’t understand the question. There’s nothing to prove here. When I say there is a God, I’m making a factual claim, just like there’s a table here in front of me. A factual claim doesn’t mean that the claim is necessarily true or real, nor does it mean that it has proof. It means that this claim claims something (true or false) about the world. The claim that the moon is pink is also a factual claim, since it claims something about the world. In this case, a false factual claim.
This is in contrast to sentences like “What time is it?”, “This painting is beautiful,” “The law that states X is a good law,” and the like, which do not claim anything about the world but rather ask or express my attitude toward something.

“Law x is moral” Is this a statement of fact? Of course, assuming that there is objective morality. Perhaps morality is part of the world.

This is debatable. I think it is indeed a kind of factual claim.

The claim that the painting is beautiful is also a fact and evidence from the debate.

One can argue about this, but I came here only to demonstrate. The issue is the claim about the existence of God, and it is a claim of fact.
