Hello Rabbi.
Do we need to fast on the 10th of Tevet upon returning to the Land of Israel, etc.? Do you fast?

Yes. As far as I know, redemption has not yet come.

The word "gem" does not actually speak of redemption (which is a very amorphous concept) but rather of decrees and peace.
