Foreign milk
Hello Rabbi, is there a problem with eating non-Nuchri milk/non-Nuchri milk powder?

There is a problem, but if the product is supervised by a modern state (so that if it says cow’s milk, there won’t be other things there), many jurists (including Agam and Chazva) have written that it can be lenient.
It is worth noting that Rabbi Feinstein permitted it “only in times of need, and not for the sake of a little luxury,” and in several responsa he wrote on the subject, he recommended that the wealthy abstain (see Agram Yod Ch. Si. 5, and in the notes and notes added by the authors).
