Girl drawing

Is it permissible to draw a girl who does not yet have the characteristics of a woman in modest clothing? (Not from a drawing but from the imagination)

Why not? I don’t think there is a prohibition on drawing a woman either, unless it arouses thoughts of transgression in you. And if there are thoughts, then it seems that a girl is also prohibited.
