According to your understanding, in the book “Good News” by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, the paraphrase appears:
God does not play dice with the universe: He plays an obscure game that He has invented, which can be compared, from the perspective of the other players (i.e.: everyone), to a version of a confused, strange poker game, in a completely dark room, with blank cards, for infinite sums, with a dealer who does not tell you the rules, and who smiles all the time!

I didn’t understand anything. What is my understanding? What appears in the book there is my understanding? Is there any question here?

From your arguments that I see on the site and that there is freedom of choice, then his game is more similar to what is described in the paraphrase.

I don't understand why. His game has clear rules (the laws of nature). Nothing is confused and there is no darkness. These are just slogans.
