God and the world

In the last lesson, “God and the World,” regarding natural evil in the world, it was argued that these are the only possible optimal laws,
My question is, within the framework of these laws, we agree that our situation today is better than humanity’s in the past, could God not have anticipated this good in a miraculous framework or as natural knowledge to a prophet, for example. Or are you essentially denying the miracle itself?
