Hello Rabbi,
A. I am debating whether God (an omnipotent being) can create God (another omnipotent being)? What does the Rabbi think?
B. And if so, since we hold that God is good, and the nature of good is to be good, is it not fitting that God should create another God?

I think not. If he had created it, it would not necessarily be reality because before its creation it did not exist.
How dare you say that he didn’t create?

It is clear that they cannot be a necessity of reality or ancestors if He created them (perhaps on the axis of delegation).. I meant creation from the likeness of God, i.e. having free will and infinite, perfect, etc. etc. It is written in the verse; “Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one’

B. And to the extent that it is so, since we hold that God is good. And the nature of good is to be good, is it not fitting that God should create another God?

On this matter, see here towards the end of the comments:

I've lost you. This chatter seems completely delusional to me.
So it's not about another God, but about some perfect beings. So why is their creation a benefit? Who is better off now? And besides, who told you there aren't any? I really don't see any point in babbling on such questions.
