Hello Rabbi,
According to the paradox of perfection and the solution that God, the Almighty, provides through us (as the secret of work, a high need or something like that), does it follow that He was “necessary” to create the world?

Maybe so, but the necessity stems from its nature and not from something external. Just as it must be perfect or be good (the nature of the good to be good).

Can he return the world to chaos?

I have no position on the question of whether the creation of the world was necessary. What I wrote here is that even if it was a necessity, it did not come from something outside of it. In principle, I tend to think that there was no such necessity, and just as it can create and not create the world, it can also destroy it.
