Goyim maid

Good evening Rabbi, I have 2 questions for you.
My relative has a Christian Indian maid {as far as I know, that is her religious identity}
When I arrive for a visit, while I’m saying goodbye to them, the assistant greets me with “May God protect you” and I instinctively reply, “Amen, you too.” Well, is there a problem with that because it’s called thanking her for her religion or any other problem?
And yes, sometimes I shower her with compliments such as, “Indians are good people,” “How professional/good/kind-hearted you are,” etc. I mean, of course, so that she will provide good service and come with a desire to work. Is there a problem with that?

I don’t think so. You bless her with the name of your God. What’s more, it’s hers, and it’s probably your God too. And if she is a good woman, it is certainly appropriate to tell her so.
