Hacked internet
Peace and blessings,
What do you think about the common claim that a hacked Internet should be banned (or at least, if it is not a halakhic matter, it makes no sense not to filter it) on the grounds of union with nakedness? That is, if we come to the premise that our sages have laid down for us that it is impossible (or at least most of the time) not to fail in concealing the sight of forbidden things on the grounds that there is no guardian of nakedness?

Friends, please don't be confused. Anyone who allows unfiltered internet is not ruling according to the Torah.
Clearly. I didn't mean to say that this is a ruling according to the Torah. This is a ruling according to the Talmud. The Torah is what Amnon Yitzhak or Rabbi Bnei Baraki says or whatever. According to the Torah, it is clear that this is forbidden.
I would be happy to know your non-halachic opinion on the subject, really. Regarding the issue of Litah Darchai Acharina, I too, when I studied the issue, came away with a pretty clear understanding of all these issues and I understood that there is excessive pressure and hysteria today that causes the opposite in people, without a doubt. I just don't understand why you say that it is used in Litah Darcha Acharina, because in Icha Darcha Acharina, if we rule like the issue in Pesach, then there it is ruled that it is possible and since it is permitted, there is no need to reach Licha Darcha Acharina at all.
I remember wondering about this too in the past. For some reason the poskim divide. I don't remember now.
They, in principle, divide to say that in the case of Baba Batra, it is forbidden on the grounds that it is fornication and that a person’s soul is being loved, which is not the case in the Sha’ar of Prohibitions. But according to the Small Law, there are many difficulties with this division from many issues. And in fact, Ben Ish Chai in Responsa Torah Lishma does not seem to agree with this division, because there he wrote about the pleasure of simply looking at a beautiful and adorned woman, if he sees her in order to talk to her and is compelled to do so and indeed enjoys her beauty, he rules that it is permissible on the issue on Pesach.
There are many places where it seems that the Sages did not divide on this
“After a woman and not after a woman” etc. etc.
