Halacha and legend
Hello, Honorable Rabbi Michael.
How can one unite halakha and agga? After all, halakha is essentially objective and agga is essentially subjective.
thanks!

This is a very general question and makes a lot of assumptions and concepts that require definition.
- Who said it had to be unified?
- Halacha also has a subjective dimension (as the disputes attest).
- It’s not clear to me whether the legend has an objective component. Maybe.
- Does subjective mean that there are several different angles that are all correct and everyone sees only part of them, or does it mean that there is no truth at all (and it’s all ours). If there is no truth at all, then the study is worthless because we are not actually studying Torah but are hallucinating and dealing with our own psychology. But if there is truth, but it is complex, then again we must discuss what the difference is between halakha and agdah in this matter? There is also complex truth in halakha.
