Halacha in the future

Hello, Your Honor.
Will God willing, in the future, in a utopian situation, where there is a Sanhedrin in the Gazit Chamber, does this mean that there will be one halakhah for all Israel in every area? Or does halakhah itself recognize that even in an ideal situation, there will be communities that remain in halakhic disputes among themselves?
For example, in a utopian situation, wouldn’t there be a situation where one community drives such an animal crazy and the other permits it? (In principle and not on a one-time basis) and also regardless of these serious issues regarding the principle of the law.
thanks.

There is an assumption that the Sanhedrin should ensure uniformity, but I disagree with this. On the contrary, it should allow everyone to act autonomously according to their understanding. It will establish binding standards only in areas where it is impossible to function socially when there are different customs. If you see that someone is not staying with their friend or that couples are not getting married because of changes in customs, there is a place to establish a binding standard. Beyond that, there is no reason to harm the value of autonomy. The differences are not only between communities, since the value of autonomy means that each person should determine for himself and not that the community determines for him (what is the difference between a community that determines for its members and a Sanhedrin that determines for communities and people?).
