Have a good week, Rabbi. I would appreciate it if you could explain the meaning of the sentence: “A judge has nothing but what his eyes see” in the context of the conduct of normative people (not judges) under conditions of uncertainty.
The point is that they should use their best judgment and not let the fear of making a mistake deter them. Only the ministering angels are not wrong.
What is the Rabbi's real opinion on the ministering angels? What do you know about them?
(Or was it just a use of the phrase)
I don't know anything about them. For some reason they bother to hide from me every time I approach them. This is a use of the phrase, of course.
