Have a good week Rabbi,
How should a person who traveled to visit relatives on Friday and got stuck in traffic that was about to enter Shabbat and had no chance of reaching his destination behave? How should he behave?
Best regards,

Find a place to rest on the way. A hotel. If that’s not possible, then go into a synagogue and talk to the rabbi.

What to do if the traffic jam is on Highway 6, meaning not near a synagogue or hotel?

I have no advice. It is forbidden to travel on Shabbat.

Between sunsets (after sunset) you can drive a non-Jew. Ask your non-Jew wife to drive you between sunsets until you reach the city.
