Is it permissible to say – for the purpose of educating and strengthening those who are worthy – that today Hell is no longer as hot as it was (as Daita in the Book of Revelation)?

I have no idea where the SFAK knows anything about what’s going on there, if at all. As a general rule, it’s not recommended to tell lies and not talk about things that you and no one else have any idea about.
(Not that I understand why such a statement is supposed to strengthen anyone)
