Hemorrhoids and fissures on Shabbat
I suffer from hemorrhoids and fissures, and some of the side effects are that when I wipe after my bowel movements, a lot of blood comes out on the toilet paper.
Is it forbidden to turn away on Shabbat?
Or to clean yourself because it causes blood to come out?

Just for the sake of expanding education
As is known, people with fissures are not allowed to use a bidet
and water is not allowed in the place at all
This makes the situation worse
The place must be
dry and always.
A bidet is nice for those who do not suffer from fissures
