I wanted to ask in cases where a woman is permitted to marry because of a mistaken purchase, or alternatively in cases of “apkainu”, what will be the ruling on the ketubah? And can the husband demand a retroactive refund of alimony from the wife?

I haven’t checked now, but from what I understand it doesn’t seem like it. She gave him alimony in exchange, even if she received it. A marriage agreement is mutual.
